|   Smooth, Supple Skin All Over!
 If I had a dime for every lotion or cream on the market that promised to soften dry skin, and that didn't work (at least not for long), I would be seriously rich. Most work, if at all, for a few hours, and then your skin is bone dry once again.
While moisturizers generally play an important role in protecting skin and trapping moisture inside the skin, if the skin is dry to begin with, very little is accomplished. The only way to truly hydrate skin is from the inside.
This means you MUST, I repeat MUST, supplement with an essential fatty acid, such as Eskimo-3 Natural Stable Fish Oil Supplement or Organic High Lignan Flax Seed Oil. With regular and consistent supplementation of this essential fat, you will notice dry skin softening, not just on your face but all over your body! When I started to supplement with these products, the first thing I noticed was that my feet were no longer dry, cracking and peeling!

Exfoliation is important for all skin types, but particularly important for dry skin. The objective here is to stimulate cellular turnover, to remove the dead, dry cells at the skin's surface, allowing the skin to better absorb moisture and nutrients that you apply in your serums and moisturizers.
